We have decided to send wine only toStates that are fully "reciprocal" and/or where UPS will deliver wine. See The Wine Institute's information on State wine shipment laws for details. If you think it should be legal to have wine shipped to your home, let your State Legislature know about it. HoneyRun will NOT ship wine to under-age buyers: Delivery persons will check for proof of age 21 years or older for wine shipments. By placing an order for wine, you are representing that you are 21 years old or older. Consider using your work address for wine; delivery persons will not leave wine packages on the porch. If the shipping is more than 1.25 the amount shown, we will contact you before charging your credit card. If the order shows $0.00 shipping, we probably cannot send wine to your State. If not, shipping costs will be added; if the amount is large we will contact you for authorization first. SECURITY: When you place orders or access your account information, we offer a secure server, which uses software (SSL) to encrypt all information you input before it is sent to us. HoneyRun Winery & Honey Co. will not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. (In fact, mailing and fax lists are some of our pet peeves.) HoneyRun Winery does not make use of "cookies", small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. The easiest way to do so is this: 1. Use our web page to place your items in a shopping cart. 2. Enter your name and full address. Continue to the page which shows the total cost including shipping (You can do all of this before it requires a credit card number). 3. Print that page or write all of the information. 4. Press the "Do not place order" button. On the next page press "Remove". If you're ordering wine, make sure that you live in a State where it is legal to receive wine from us. 5. TIME IN TRANSIT: HoneyRun Winery & Honey ships orders the same or next business day whenever possible (on regularly stocked items like wine and honey). We are in Chico California, North of Sacramento. NORMAL SHIPPING: CA, OR, WA orders require only two business days for shipping UPS Ground Service. Other Western States require three or four business days for UPS Ground. Eastern States require five to seven business days for UPS Ground. Consider UPS 3 Day Select as an option or 2 Day Saver or Overnight if the cost is worth it to you (Not one person has decided to pay for overnight service - it is extremely high). NOTE: UPS generally does NOT deliver on SATURDAY. They only deliver on Saturday for most Overnight locations, and there is an additional $12.00 charge. If you want an order only if it can be delivered by a certain day,we can accomodate you. TELL US in the "Customer Comments" section of the Order page, and save both of us the grief of a return.
